Requirements:
Experiences Advisors:
- Book of Business of $30 million or greater
- Trailing 12-Month Income (T12) of $300,000 or greater
- At least 3 years of experience selling to high net-worth or mass-affluent investors
New Advisors and “Rising Stars”:
- Trailing 12-Month Income (T12) of $100,000 or greater and which has increased at least 50% in the last 12 months
- 2 – 3 years of experience selling to high net-worth or mass-affluent investors
All candidates must possess the following:
- Series 7 registration
- Strong knowledge of the investment business and comprehensive understanding of financial planning concepts
- Experience in financial planning software
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
