Our client, one of the largest financial institutions in the world, is hiring Financial Advisors to work in the Philadelphia region (also recruiting nationally for many other locations as well). Selected candidates will be tasked with creating and maintaining profitable relationship with clients while maximizing investment strategies designed to achieve their financial goals. You will need to present investment solutions to high-net-worth or mass affluent individuals, educating them on how the firm’s retail investment approach might better fit their long-term needs.


  • You will be paid an Up-Front bonus of 100 -150% of your past year’s Trailing 12 Month Income upon joining the firm.

  • There are several options available to you through the companies’ multi-channel business model structure:
    • You can grow your business in a traditional Brokerage Branch office
    • o  Build your business as an Independent Financial Advisor affiliated with the firm within the Independent Advisor business model.
    • o  You can be connected with an Unaffiliated Broker-Dealer, to join independently owned firms not affiliated with the brokerage company (regional firms with significantly lower regulatory & compliance burdens), while still leveraging their comprehensive platform.


  • Book of Business of $40 million or greater and must be verifiable (see lower threshold below for some new FA “rising stars”).
  • Trailing 12 Month Income (T12) of $400,000 or greater and must be verifiable (see lower threshold below for some new FA “rising stars”).
  • At least 3 – 6 years’ experience selling to high net worth investors.
  • Must have a verifiable three-year track record of six figure income.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the investment business and an understanding of financial planning concepts.
  • Experience in financial planning software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Current Series 7 license.
  • A clean U4, U5, CRD.
  • High ratio of fee-based business.
  • Will consider a “Rising Star” who may not meet the stated minimum but has significant accumulated assets ($15 – $30 million) in a short period of time (3 – 5 years).
